am a family worker, withing NCH, and part of my job is to work with
children who are to be adopted. The main bulk of this entails putting
together life story books. I am passionate about this being done well,
particularly as I have heard some horrific tales of children being
adopted,
not knowing about their birth family and their life story. As
a result of this I am researching a book about the importance as
passing on correct and full information to adopted children. What is
your experience, what would you really liked to have happened in your
situation? Maybe you are adopted, or maybe you are adoptive parents,
who would have found a life story book helpful? Please contact me and
