The Department of Health has launched a web site called:

Integrated Children's System

It is “primarily for staff in social services, health and education departments, the voluntary sector and the youth justice system, who are working with vulnerable children and families in the community and with children in public care” but would be useful to all those involved in working and caring for children and young people. It provides help and an opportunity for consultation with the Department of Health on assessment, planning, intervention and review. Further help includes examples of practice.
