Welcome to our post adoption web site
This web page is about providing information for birth parents. We hope
that you will find the information and articles useful.
One of the most interesting articles we have has be
written by a birth mother and we would recommend that you take a look
at the 'Birth Mother's Story' ------->
In our trawling of the world wide web and other
resources not much has been written and researched about birth
families, and so were pleased to hear about a book that has been
published about Birth Fathers - take a look at 'Birth Fathers' in the
list of articles.
There are other items in the menu on the right, and click through the list to find what is available.
In the right hand menu there is Separated At Birth. This article
concerns the issues of search and reunion. It looks at women who gave
their children up for adoption and the issues they face.
We also have 'Links' to National Organisations that will be able to give you information.
This web site is only as good as its readers so if you have any
thoughts, ideas or general comments you would like to share with us

PACT has a unique service Online Advice sessions - check the
homepage
for dates and times. This is the only chance youll have via the
internet to chat live with an informed and experienced advisor in the
field of adoption.
You will need to register first, and then when a
session is due you can click on the Advice icon, and request or book a
session.
There is no other service in the UK like this. It is
your chance to speak to someone totally impartial who can give you up
to date advice from the world of adoption.
